Our mission is to be recognized as the most ethical and professional Business Brokerage that buyers and sellers trust and to be synonymous with representing the highest quality businesses for sale in the Canadian marketplace.

OUR STORY

The idea of Crossbridge Business Brokers evolved over a decade ago and was the result of my personal struggle to find capable and professional representation who I could trust to sell my business.

Having experienced the challenges of acquiring and growing a lower-middle-market robotics company, I never thought that exiting my business would be the toughest part of that successful journey. After meeting and sharing confidential information with several business brokers, I was unable to find one who I felt was putting my interests first, specialized in complex businesses, and most importantly, one that I could trust. I felt that they were more interested in a quick flip than learning about my business to maximize value and meet my exit objectives.

As a result, I opted to hire an advisory team and sold my company myself. During that process, I learned the optimal way to exit a business for maximum value and fell in love with the concept of helping others exit their business. I also learned what not to do and became aware of the numerous hazards of not having the right level of experience to conduct a proper sale.

With our passionate and professional team, our licensing, certifications and a decade of deals done, Crossbridge Business Brokers is perfectly positioned to provide professional and technically capable representation for complex businesses that I could not find. We have built a business model that maximizes value for our clients which makes their business more saleable and in turn sells faster. Finally, having been both buyer and seller, we understand the importance of putting our client's interests first, which is why we put our fees last.
